The Loft Grills - Cheraga

Loft I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Loft Restaurant with a group of over 6 people, and I must say it was an absolute disaster. The restaurant's hospitality towards our group was nothing short of abysmal, leaving us extremely disappointed and frustrated. First and foremost, the restaurant seemed completely unprepared to handle a group of our size, and their respect was so low. Despite making a reservation well in advance, there was no proper arrangement for our arrival. The staff appeared flustered and disorganized, struggling to find a suitable seating arrangement for us. We were left standing awkwardly in the entrance, feeling ignored and unwelcome. To make matters worse, i had the opportunity to see the service for other people around me was painfully slow and inefficient. It took an eternity for orders to be taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was evident that the meals had been hastily prepared. The presentation was lackluster, and the quality of the dishes was underwhelming. Moreover, the attitude of the restaurant staff towards our group was dismissive and inattentive. We constantly had to seek their attention for even the most basic questions. Adding insult to injury, the lack of communication between the staff members was glaringly obvious. my experience at Loft Restaurant with a group of over 6 people was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. The restaurant's lack of preparedness, slow and inefficient service, uninterested staff, and overall disorganization made for an extremely unpleasant evening. I would strongly advise against dining at Loft Restaurant in 11 decembre Dely Ibrahim if you are planning to visit with a group, as their hospitality is simply not up to par.

What a sun set view from your terrace breath taking , great place to have a coffee or even dinner there , even the staff is really nice, i suggest it

Great and friendly service, delicious food, cozy and calm place, I have really enjoyed it

Good reception and service to the height. Location with a wide map of sweet and savoury including dishes, desserts, cocktails and cakes. Cold and hot drinks available, chicha also for fans. Parking on boulevard, large terrace, smoking area.

The bakery have Beautiful decorations, and yummy treats, I loved their cheesecake and had some cookies they were bit expensive 4 small cookies for 240da), the service was nice.
