On the way back to Seoul after playing in Pyeongtaek, I stopped by and packed two servings of Budae Jjigae. Despite the ambiguous time at the time of packing, there was a wait and there were quite a lot of packing customers. Budaejjigae is packaged with broth, and they tell you in detail how to make and eat it at home. Add half of the broth, then add ham and sausage and continue to boil like jaggery. Budaejjigae soup contains sour kimchi and is quite salty and highly salty.
