Sangeetha Veg - Chennai

It's a multi chain restaurants around Chennai region popularly know for the delicious veg food they serve. Atmosphere is fair, nothing special but a lot of space for many people at a time and it enables a quick service. The menu is really wide and has all the delicacies ranging from South Indian, North Indian and Chinese options as well. Everything is served on a fresh actual banana leaf. South Indian options are really good but the Chinese with some twist and flavours of South taste good too. They are options of beverages to accompany you meal. Good place for a quick and hygienic meals.

A good place to eat VEG food is and around chembarambakkam. No one was there to attend at the entrance. Anyone who entered would have to just barge in and find a place. Usually sangeetha has a host who allots place according to the size of the party. But here... Food was excellent. The service of the manager and the waiter who took the order was good. They were very patient and kind. One must definitely have the coffee here. It's simply good

Overall the best masala dosa I’ve tasted. Simple honest food experience. Not high end, but still a great experience. Simply served in a clean stainless steel tray. The flavours were just perfect, the sauces too just perfect. Ive yet to find better. Well done sangeetha.

(Please take time to read this) We had ordered North Indian thali, the order has been added with the review First of all, the quantity of the rice and ice cream was very low, not even a handful, the veg pulav was missing vegetables, the paneer and the 'baingan ' were the worst part, they were absolute trash, the paneer curry wasn 't even a curry it was literally raw paneer with tomato sauce Secondly, they DIDN 'T even give us the sweets and the kadi pakoda and when we asked for them they said sweets and pakoda weren 't available, still they charged us the whole price. As I mentioned earlier the quantity of rice was very disappointing, when we asked for a bit more they refused, the ice cream wasn 't even a spoonful, the lassi was only 25ml ! The average full meal in such a hotel costs you about ₹150, they charged us ₹340 for the north indian thali and they still managed to disappoint us. They misuse their reputation by reducing the quality of the food. I am very disappointed with the way the hotel responded.

One of the best places in Poonamallee if you're looking for a budget friendly party/marriage halls as they don't charge you much for the halls but only charge for the food. Anyways the price of the food will also somehow include the rent of the hall but still it's better than the others in Poonamallee.
