Max Louis - Chemnitz

Zero star and unfortunately a great disappointment. the managing director herr arnold seems overwhelmed with his appointment management. both telephone appointments and two dates before location for planning our high-time celebration were simply forgotten. no feedback has been given to our calls and/or tracking after missed date. we are aware that the current situation, especially for gastronomy, is difficult to bear and survive, but or exactly that is why we cannot understand this behavior in any way. for us are the max louis and his team as location from the table.

We had a company event with food and drink. the restaurant is located in a former factory building, very beautifully restored and great environment. the food is located in the upper segment, with the focus being on steaks. very good service and service. who is looking for something special is recommended here.

Rustic and upscale restaurant with modern take on the food. Polite waiters, food is good, little bit on the experimental side and the cocktails are excellent, I can recommend the beer cocktail. Compared to the other restaurants in Chemnitz, price is more on the upper end of the spectrum, 120 Euro for 2 people including the tip, you can see the main items we had in the photos below. Overall, quite a nice evening, however, I did not understand why they made use sit next to the old and quite frankly dirty tread rolls, having 3/4 of the restuarant empty.

Excellent steaks and service. highly recommended. high quality good and service and great interiors.
