Twisted Sisters Tearoom - Chemainus

Very good choice of teas (what would you expect from a tea house??). Excellent scones and jam. A quirky decor.

This is a very quaint tearoom in the delightful little town of Chemainus. Choosing a cup of tea is a real art since jars of different teas completely cover one wall. Only one sister in evidence today but she was happy to chat and share travel experiences. We were even offered the option of taking the remainder of our pot of delicious ( Canadien Breakfast) tea away with us!

I have now come here at least 4 or 5 times and I don't even live in Chemainus! The tea selection is amazing (you chose your own from a shelf FULL of teas), and the ice tea of the day is always exotic and yummy. Never have I found a more hospitable, comfortable and satisfying place to sip a tea and have a nice lite lunch. Would highly recommend!wonderful place to relax after a long hike.

Amazing selection of teas and you can try before you buy. Huge cups served at the proper temperature in an amazing space. Owners very welcoming.

The sisters are a delight, they welcome you and are genuine in their care and attention to your experience. It is just that, an experience you must try.
