Журавлина - Chelyabinsk

Over the summer we visited our beloved Zhuravlina several times, before that we had many birthdays and holidays there. But this year the disappointment came. The establishment started having big problems with the staff in the kitchen. The quality of the food has noticeably sagged the pancakes are unsalted and too fatty, the borscht is watery, it feels like the last one has been drained and diluted with water to make a portion, the dumplings are delicious, the tinctures are as always on top , the expectation of dishes has increased in time. In each visit, part of the positions in the stop list. There is no favorite borscht in bread. There was a feeling that there was a shortage. Because of all this, the guys, the waiters, are tired, as many clients noticed changes for the worse and were emotional. Original За лето несколько раз посещали ранее любимую Журавлину , до этого справляли там много раз дни рождения и праздники. Но в этом году пришло разочарование. У заведения начались большие проблемы с персоналом на кухне. Качество еды заметно просело драники несоленые и слишком жирные, борщ водянистый по ощущениям как будто слили последний и разбавили водой чтобы получилась порция, пельмени вкусные, настойки как всегда на высоте , ожидание блюд по времени увеличилось. В каждое посещение часть позиций в стоп листе. Нет самого любимого борща в хлебе. Было ощущение, что дефицит. Из за этого всего ребята официанты уставшие, тк много клиентов замечали изменения в худшую сторону и эмоционировали.

Visited for the first time on 01 23 2022 with my mother. Mom is 70 years old. I really liked the interior, it is very comfortable. Mom is delighted in general. !! Tea with thyme, what a beauty! Development and well being for you! Just a little there is no bread in the assortment. There is bread in any kitchen, but you won’t be full of tiny pampushkas. But in general everything is super! Чай с чабрецом это ж какая красота!Развития Вам и благосостояния!Немного только хлеба нет в ассортименте.В любой кухне хлеб есть,а пампушками малюсенькими сыт не будешь.А так вообще все супер!
