The host greeted us rather brusquely, mentioning that the restaurant was packed and that we would have to wait for an hour to an hour and a half, even though the place was only half full. The service was slow, with our cutlery taking a long time to arrive after multiple requests. However, our waiter, Steve, was fantastic; he managed the stressful situation well and even offered us a discount. He remained cheerful, polite, and helpful throughout, despite clearly being under a lot of pressure. Overall, the service was just okay, but Steve's excellent handling of the situation made it a better experience.

We had to wait 45 minutes for our food, and the staff seemed to be arguing among themselves.
