Clock Tower - Cheltenham

The meal was amazing. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Our server, Jenny, was outstanding!

We recently visited The Clock Tower for the second time in a couple of weeks and had a great experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff, especially Will, provided excellent service. Will seems to be the secret weapon of The Clock Tower, as he was very helpful and almost convinced us to try one of the tempting desserts, although we were too full to indulge. Overall, we give top marks for the service, quality, and value at The Clock Tower. If you haven't been yet, we highly recommend it!

We were warmly greeted and made to feel right at home. It was a family birthday party, and I asked if they could keep the cake in the kitchen and gave them the decorations for it. One of the guests, a 10-year-old with Coeliac disease, needed a gluten-free children's menu, but we were willing to order from the adult menu and have someone else finish it. The staff assured us that the food would not be contaminated with gluten. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and we had a wonderful time. It's not often that the 10-year-old with Coeliac disease can relax while eating out, but the staff's assurances were honest and she was able to enjoy her meal. She definitely wants to come back. Thank you to all the staff, including those in the kitchen, for being so wonderful.

Great staff and buy one get one free menu. Fish and Chips is superb
