My Guatemala Bakery 2 - Chelsea

I 'm writting this on behalf of my uncle who got really ill from eating bread from here. It was so bad he had to go to the Emergency room. Few weeks later he goes to the bakery to let the owner know he had gotten sick and the owners responded oh I told the bakers to not use that ingredient because it 's old please don 't buy bread there

Terrible service. The person in charge doesn't respond when greeted and does not pay attention to customers upon arrival. Despite there being no one else in the store, they focused on other tasks instead of attending to us. I hope they can improve this aspect.

The bread wasn't great, but the service was even worse. I'm from Guatemala, and I was really excited to find a bakery like this, but when I got there and started asking questions, all I got were one-word answers. It was clear that they didn't really care about their customers. Oh well, I ended up finding a much better bakery down the street! Honestly, if anyone claims this is the best bread, they're just being polite because it's really not that good at all. But don't worry, there's an amazing store up the road that has incredible bread!

I really enjoy the bread at this place, and the chicken tamales are amazing!
