Dunkin' - Chelmsford

I would give this place zero stars but I have to give them 1... the service was awful. The bathrooms are disgusting, no toilet paper and when asked for some told they were busy.

I went early today to pick up a family friend and the cashier Rosa seen us talking and she refused to take my order because the worker I was talking to she has “problems” with. And the manager was okay with her refusing to take my order??? As a manager myself that it totally unacceptable!! Do better Rosa!!

This location can get very, very busy. In the early morning (0430), they always get your order wrong; you may end up with extras on your food, you get the wrong drink or wrong size or it's not made well. Today I was missing the cheese and got hash browns in my order. Overall, it's an okay place and conveniently located.

It's hard to beat Dunkin', and this is a good one. It was a road trip for me so a quick stop at a place I had not visited in the past. With Dunkin' you know what to expect and I appreciate their service. Even towards the end of the day, the donuts always seem to be fresh and tasty. I'm not a coffee fan but I know I can get tea.

This place don't even deserves a star, have been a customer for years now. One morning go to order my regular coffee and sandwich and the guy tells me he can't cause he had no help and had a group of night workers which he had already taken care of. I'm a regular customer have bought in the place a couple of times a week also work in the town and now I won't go to it anymore. They lost a regular customer over a bunch that most likely won't step in this place again.
