Genuine Italian eating with friendly attentive service. started with filled muscles in a tomato sauce that really tasted good. followed by calf cut with tomato and rockkete salat, massive portion, all tasted and enjoyed at the table! they also overcrowded my chips. all enjoyed their...Meal and Italian weep, and hope next time we are in chelmsford. cordial wish to all staff members to give such a pleasant evening

We stayed at Best Western Atlantic Chelmsford, which has a side opening into the Sapori Restaurant. Nice decore, clean tidy. The waiter was very professional and attentive. However the food was outstanding. The presentation and food design were amazing, not to mention taste which...was probably the best Italian food we’ve ever tasted. The chief clearly has a passion and pride in his work. Thank you Massimo and team, we had a very enjoyable evening.

This is a wonderful restaurant with caring staff and an empassioned chef. I often stay at the Atlantic Hotel in which the restaurant is found and sometimes eat in the restaurant also. The consistency and quality of the meals is always great and I can...rely on a relaxing meal or an exciting special any time I go. Their italItadishes are exactly that and taste wonderful and the staff are always friendly and accommodating and make the effort to engage and accommodate guests. If you like italIta food or simply a well priced meal and friendly relaxing evening you have to try this restaurant. And the hotel is a great place away from home also.

Was greeted very friendly when entering the restaurant. Had a lovely pre meal drink at the bar. Then, pleasantly asked if we wanted to go to our table drinks taken for us, nice touch! Crayfish starter was delicious, followed by the traditional turkey roast,...beautifully cooked. Dessert was a lovely apple strudel amazing. My partner and I were blown away by the lovely dining experience and the fabulous service. Thank you so much the caring waiting staff, the hotel Receptionists and of course, the great team working hard in the kitchen.Will definately visit again.

My partner and I visited on a Saturday evening . It was our first visit and will definitely not be the last. From the warmth of our welcome to the surprise limoncello to finish the meal, it was a memorableoccasionl in every respect. We particularly...loved the strong flavours and the eye catching presentation showing real flair and attention to detail. The chef came to see us at the end of the meal and his passion and enthusiasm for the food he serves was clear for all to see. We cannot wait for our next visit.
