Best pint of Doom and fantastic pub food. We visit regularly. It's not fine dining, but the prices reflect that. It's a genuine pub, and we absolutely love it. Visit on a lovely day and enjoy it together!

I lived in Great Baddow for 20 years, and today my son took me to this pub. It's so refreshing to find an independent establishment rather than one that's part of a chain. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and feels personal.

Great pub, great staff, great location. All year round location, log fire in the winter, and beautiful surroundings in the summer. Good ales too!
