Fancy Fry - Chelmsford

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times in the past, but the last three times they have made mistakes with my order. They either did not acknowledge my order or left out parts of it completely. Most recently, I was given 3 portions of chips when I ordered 2, and 2 portions of wedges were missing from my delivery. It seems like they are trying to cover up their mistakes by overcompensating. I spent £6 on something I did not receive.

Avoid this restaurant unless you are significantly intoxicated and unable to recall the food you have consumed. It is not worth it.

Uncontactable- tried calling get a voicemail. The order was missing half the things , have now raised a complaint through Uber eats ! The order was 2 beans coleslaw gravy mushy peas and chips and chicken came to £30 and was missing most of the things. Not sure how they can get it so wrong it wasn’t even a big order- lazy or stupid but we won’t return .

I went to the restaurant for lunch today and found that only 4 other tables were occupied. Unfortunately, they forgot to bring my mushy peas and the service was not very good. It took a few minutes and my wife had to go to the counter to ask for our cutlery. Even then, it took the waitress several more minutes to retrieve it from the kitchen. Additionally, my plaice was too greasy.

Very disappointed with the lady in the cut off tracksuit bottoms and scuffed primark pumps. Upon ordering and walking due to no delivery drivers we were then given the incorrect order. Only realising once we were home it was too late and far to recollect. We called and the gentleman offered us our missing burger and one complimentary burger. The following day we collected our good will gesture food that was accompanied with a free drink each too. Once we had a warm welcome, we then waited for our burgers. A waitress then questioned if we had paid, and continued to joke and laugh about our 'free burgers ' that had been paid for the previous day. She bluntly asked if we had paid and loudly mocked in the kitchen how we were given free food. We then arrived at our next destination for our day, we bumped in to the same waitress at a local bar who shouted across for everyone to hear about how 'these girls are for free '. This was embarrassing and made us feel that we had asked for something we weren 't already owed. Very unprofessional and improper for a host. A bad representation for a business.
