It took over 2 hours for our food to arrive, and when it did, a main dish was missing. We had to call and wait another 35 minutes for it to be delivered. The total wait time was nearly 3 hours. The service for the delivery was very slow and the overall experience was disappointing. The food was average, but the service and atmosphere were lacking. We paid around £30-£40 per person for dinner.
I placed an order for takeout and was initially told it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant 40 minutes later, I was informed that it would be another 20 minutes. Now, after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes, I am still waiting as I write this review. I understand that the restaurant may be busy, but it is important to provide customers with a realistic time frame for their orders. It is not fair to keep customers waiting unnecessarily. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1.

The food at this restaurant was enjoyable, but the service was incredibly slow. We arrived at 5 and waited an hour for someone to take our order. Starters didn't come out until 6:45, with mains arriving at 7:30. We finally left at 8:30 after a frustrating experience. The waiter seemed to prioritize takeout orders and was not very attentive when serving us. The fact that there are new owners is no excuse for such poor service.
I placed an order on Sunday at 5 pm and was told it would take an hour. I called at 6:25 pm and was informed that they were very busy and that my order was waiting in the kitchen for a driver to return. I offered to pick it up myself, but they said it would still be another 15 minutes, indicating that it was not ready and they had misled me. I decided to cancel my order and, after three disappointing experiences this year, I will not be returning. It is unfortunate because under the previous manager, this type of situation would never have been accepted.
