Excellent customer service from the team in the TV department and especially mention prince who walked me not only from the to the collection point, but went in the back and got my tw and soundable for me, then put it on a trolley and pushed it over the parking to my car. but when the box was too big to be fit, he helped me take it out of the box, the great care to reposition the packaging so that it was safe and safe in the boot. what a star he is, I tried to tap him, but he wouldn't accept that it was only part of the service. extraordinary young man who deserves to be recognized, well made jlp.

Best john Lewis store I was in. the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. it is always such a pleasure to go in this load. I love especially the baby wrap room and the sitting area that I often used to feed my baby away from distractions.

Fantastic business, the wide range of home elements and electrical as well as fashion and perfume/cosmetics. one of the few department stores on our high roads. a great shopping experience.

The coffee is great and the service is fairly fast, but the tables are never cleared promptly. The last time we were there, the customers were clearing them with a look of resignation on their faces. John Lewis really needs to address this issue. (And this is not the first time I have complained about it).

This cafe in JL is excellent. The staff is fabulous, the coffee and food are excellent, and the service is quick. I frequent this cafe often and highly recommend it.
