Taco Bell - Chehalis

Signs for using the kiosk. No customer service. Put cups out for multiple orders at the same time. Then got my food. Then when my slushy it was put out with 4 other slushy that another group was grabbing.

What in the world is this? $3.50? I know prices are high but this is 90% hard shell 9% cheese and 1% slow roasted cantina dry chicken...

Hey it's taco Bell. Service was 1 star because I didn't really talk to anyone because of kiosk you are forced to use. I think I prefer the kiosk tho.

Terrible Experience tonight! No one to help at the counter, used the kiosk like they demand and yet my order didn’t register to the back so it took forever to realize it because they never responded with help, they really need to figure out another system and until they do I will not return to that Taco Bell. The manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful and not helpful at all, seriously so tired of these fast food establishments taking the human factor out of their restaurants!!

Honestly I dislike coming here anymore as you’re only able to order from the kiosk but no one up front to take your money or help you if you need it. We just walked out for the 2nd time because we placed our order but it didn’t even register and we were left waiting not knowing it. Very disappointing
