Denny's - Chehalis

Tried to go here for dinner tonight. There lobby was empty walked in to a lady telling us that it will be a 35 min wait because they have a family of 14 that just ordered food so it would be 35-40 min before they would even het to our food. That was litterly all that was in the lobby 1 family. This place is ridiculous.

Horrible, Lazy Customer Service. Dealing with fact 2 family members hospitalized after thellllfood poisoning off their food. Manager who's NEVER in so ONLY offer was to refund and when your family gets very sick you deserve a little more compensation. Never got that refund and apparently no other manager can make this right. So forget it, I'll just have to do some more reviews as it turned out

This Dennys is likely the best I’ve ever been to and I travel a ton. It’s become my home Dennys and morning hangout when I have spare time. The staff are great about letting you do business or study or just read if you want when it’s slow. Jimie is an absolute gem and makes the place like home. The food is solid and relatively consistent. The people make the atmosphere and attitude matters. This is a place that I wake up before sunrise just to visit and enjoy a hot cup of diner coffee and some biscuits. Good stuff.

I just came in with my son, we got our drinks then got left sitting there for about 15 minutes. The lady who was up front was busy talking to everyone rather than coming to take mine and my child’s order. I am a server myself, and I would never let someone with a small child sit there for that long while I’m too busy talking. Very poor service all the way around. I paid for our drinks and we resorted to something else.

Everyone here is just amazing with my kids and I love the staff.
