Subway - Cheektowaga

Who is running this place? I got a large spicy Italian as usual, the woman behind the counter put so lil mozzarella cheese the sub had holes of missing cheese. When I asked if the cheese could be distributed properly they said it would be extra for extra cheese but it wasn’t extra. It was missing cheese. First for me. Then adding the veggies they counted how many yellow peppers to add to the sub. Literally 8. I swear I’ve never seen this before.

Wasnt allowed to choose how much sauce, cheese, ect was on my sub. Lady was trying to take care of 3 people at once, none of us were together, so she just asked what kind of sub and what bread and then rushed to get them in the heater without giving anyone options other than veggies.

Terrible. The two girls, one was named Kamala, had no idea wtf they are doing. Super unorganized, messy station, jumping orders, and just acting like two immature children. I could barely even hear them. I only ate here because I was hungry and had my car in the shop at delta sonic.

Garbage customer service. Asked counter staff for some ice in a small cup due to bad headaache. Wanted me to pay 50 cents. I have never had that happen before. It's a first.

Nice but very slow, majority of the time it's always one person. Apparently this location does not honor mobile coupons
