Olive Garden Italian - Cheektowaga

Me and my family are visiting the area. so excited to eat in Olive garden.but we were so disappointing with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. We end up waiting for a table 40 min when you could it see haft of the restaurant with empty tables. The restroom was dirty. The room table that we got to seat was dirty. The table was dirty the floor and around us.The food was cold, we never got the cup of hot water we asked the server ,bread sticks were so oily. This is nothing like the Olive garden I'm used too.Not a good experience We couldn't see a manager arround.

I go to olive garden at least once a week. You can't beat the all you can eat soup/salad. Never had a bad experience. Food is always great!

My family always craves Olive Garden. There's something special about the never-ending breadsticks and soup. As for the location on Walden Avenue, it was clean, the service was excellent, and the food was fresh. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated or to receive our food, which was a nice bonus.

We ended up waiting for an hour simply because I didn’t have the energy to look for another place to eat at that moment. Our server, Chloe, was cheerful and lovely. I can only imagine how much better the experience would have been if the wait time had been communicated more accurately. Chloe was attentive and did her best to serve us quickly. However, after waiting a while for our food, I asked if she could pack it up for us to go when it was ready. I left a larger tip than usual because the issues we faced were not her fault; it was a matter of poor management at the front end. I could see why some guests might not respond when their names were finally called, likely because the wait was longer than expected. The food itself was typical Olive Garden fare—decent enough—even if we had to eat it from a to-go container.

The restaurant was quite crowded, and we had to wait 30 minutes for a table, even though there were several empty ones available. The food was rather disappointing, rating only a 2/5, but it might satisfy you if you're really hungry, and the prices are very reasonable. The service was peculiar; our server took our order, brought out our appetizers, and then immediately asked if we were ready for the bill, despite the fact that we hadn't even received our main courses yet. After we got our mains, the server returned just three minutes later to see if we needed takeout containers and the bill, even though we were still only halfway through our meal. Overall, it was a rather strange experience.
