Called and asked if I could place a phone order they said I hope your mom dies and that I was stupid. Literally just wanted wings

I walked into the restaurant for nobody to be at the counter for almost 10 minutes. I ordered the buy one get one 10 boneless wings. They are known for giving dry wings and so I made sure to ask for them to be extra sauced. Once I made it home and open the box they were still dry as a bone in the chicken was over breaded and over cooked. I wish I could say they were glorified nuggets, but I think Tysons taste better.

Placed an order here while I was at work so it could be ready when I got there. When I got there about 10 min later, it wasn't ready but came out about 5 min after I got there.The order was wrong and the person that gave me the order wasn't up front anymore. Good thing is this nice young lady ask did I need help and I told her that one of my orders had the wrong sauce.She took it to the back and said they would bring out the right order.The order took an additional 20 minutes of my time that I didn't have because I was still at work. On top of that, my food wasn't even hot like it was originally. There was no apology or anything. I honestly think they forgot I was waiting.

A BDubs is a BDubs... bartenders was working the place by herself.

Possibly one of the worst experiences I've had at a BWW.
