Sonic Drive-In - Chatsworth

Ive went to sonic many times and always thought it was good as far as the drinks go but lztely the shskes hzve went to hell. Last night i ordered a medium cherry shake, no whip cream What i got was the sloppiest excusr for a cherry shzke i ever saw. It fidnt have whip cream on top but i believe they had put whop cream then just mixed in on in. It appeared they had only poured cherry juice in, not the first piece of actual cherry. Most the time i order with out whip cream and get it anyway but this time they just mixed it in it And on yop of that the sloppy thing cost over $5. If they keep going at the rate they are , they are gonna lose all their customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Sat in a stall TRYING to order for 15 mins. I even told an employee, I was basically ignored and then the people next to us who JUST pulled in started to get their order taken. Worst service I've ever had at a Sonic. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sonic should terminate the franchise agreement with this location. This location is in terrible physical condition and clearly hasn't been maintained in at least 5 years. Everything was very dirty, broken or in otherwise poor condition and appearance. I can't imagine running my business this. Despite the rough appearance, my friend and I decided to give it a chance anyway. My friend had never been to Sonic before and wanted to try it, so we stopped during our road trip. We were in two separate vehicles, so I pulled into the stall to his left. I pressed the call button, and then realized the screen wasn't working. I waited for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and I let the order taker know that my screen wasn't working. She told me that a bellhop would come out and take my payment. 10 minutes went by, no one came. 20 minutes went by, no one came. 25 minutes went by, and my friend and I decided to leave. What a waste of time, I'll never be back this location and I will recommend that others avoid it. Sonic corporate should come out and inspect this location. Seriously, what an embarrassment to the brand. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
