Little Caesars Pizza - Chatsworth

It's a rational process. You make a pizza after the other. The prep areas look scary, but this is only to be expected. The food is good, the staff is always polite.

This particular location hasn't been the same since it switched buildings. I feel as if you wait twice as long as they quote you and they never answer the phone. I once got marinara sauce that tasted as if it had been left out in the sun for several days and I threw up. They usually do not have anything ready, and the customer service is very lacking. Please hire new management. The pizza is often either burnt or not cooked long enough. : Please hire different staff. Thank you.

Had 4 pizzas delivered for my daughters birthday. Wrong pizzas delivered, worth half of what I paid. Called to see about getting a replacement or refund and they put me on hold for 45 mins. Called back and no one would answer. I get times are hard for workers right now. But would have been nice if they could have At least given us the right pizzas.

I pulled into the drive thru at 7pm and was the only car there. All of the employees were sitting in the parking lot behind the drive thru sign and they went inside the store after I pulled up. I ordered 1 hot n ready cheese and 1 hot n ready pepperoni. I waited at the window for 30 minutes before getting my pizza. I could understand if they were busy but if everyone is going to go on break maybe you should make sure you have some pizza ready first?
