Asian Hong Kong - Chatswood

I found it so hard to find an authentic Hong Kong Cha Chaan Teng Restaurant in Sydney. I would have to say that Hong Kong's kitchen is the next thing. We ordered her roasted rice noodle with beef and egg sauce, beef broth with rice noodles in soup, ice-citron tea and milk tea. The drinks were fixed and I especially appreciated how many lemon slices put them in their tea. The cattle soup noodles had something too much MSG in the soup - so much that it was quite noticeable (if very delicious). But the real highlight was the beef Wat Tan Hor, who had only the right amount of 'Char' on the pasta. For the first time here ordered a satay beef noodles. This is a must to try it when you eat in an HK restaurant. It has a big part, which value of the monetary value is $ 7.5. But there is too much onion and the beef is too fat, which you do not find in HK.
