Frendz Restaurant and Lounge

Fantastic atmosphere!! This restaurant is a perfect spot for delicious food and entertainment. Definitely one of the top choices in Chatham!

The fans were really cool and the server was super quick and very nice. We've ordered takeout many times before, but this was our first time dining in. The burger was amazing, fries were good, but the gravy had too much celery salt. The chicken club was good at first but quickly got soggy due to the guacamole, making it too liquidy. There weren't many vegetarian options to choose from. The restaurant is kid-friendly during the day for older kids. The parking lot is spacious but some drivers lack common sense. Wheelchair accessibility is limited due to a gap in the doorway. The staff are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions if you let them know.

To start, the food I ordered had the potential to be fantastic, but unfortunately, it was prepared in a lackluster manner. The Nachos were disappointing as the cheese was not melted and the beef looked old. The Chicken Sandwich also fell short, with the chicken tasting as if it were a few days old and very dry. The bacon was undercooked with raw parts. Despite the poor dishes, the service provided by our server was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great as well, however, it was disappointing to be the only customers at the time. It felt like the chef had ample time and resources to create a better dining experience. Overall, it seems that the care and attention for food was missing. Date: July 13th, around 2:30 pm.

Second time at Friendz; second time with our server Rosalina; and second time ordering the Truffle Fries. DID NOT DISAPPOINT Oh man, the oogey gooey sauciness of the fries will keep me coming back. Rosalina was lovely; polite, patient and efficient. A little loud for my parents to have a conversation but we will try the patio next time. Thanks for a great time!

Enjoyed our late lunch at Frendz yesterday but was disappointed with the price of beer. I ordered a pint of Stella and I got a 400ml glass of Stella. Usually the serving size is 500 ml. I figured ... oh well it will cost less. Got the bill which states 1 Stella Pint .... $9.75 ! A US pint is 16 US FL Oz or 473 ml (typical tall boy can). A Canadian pint is 20 CAN FL Oz or 568 ml. Please change Stella glasses to the standard 500 ml (50 cl) or make it clear to your customers before hand. It may look like liquid gold, but it isn 't.
