Knots Landing Grill - Chatham

There is a problem with attempting to dine here. It took over 10 minutes to even recieve a menu. We were never asked if we wanted a cocktail. There was visible friction between staff members. We just left as the dining experience was turning worse.

We were staying in Chatham for the 4th of July week. Knowing the business moved just down the road. More modern building. We decided to give it a try. It was 6 pm. Moderately busy. Plenty of open tables in the room we were sitting. It wasn't until 6:15 that a waitress finally came over...only after one of us had to go up to the front counter and ask the nice young man if he could send someone over. Didn't order appetizers..just meal. Me a cheese pizza..Carol sandwich. Almost 30 minutes later our meals come out. My pizza was burnt. Very crispy to eat...and they aren't suppose to be like that..very hard. Wife's meal was ok she said. All in all...we were there for an hour and 25 minutes. Keep in mind..our dining room was maybe three quarters full. Other room. Maybe same.. Try it if you want...but if you order a pizza. Be prepared. It may come out burnt and very tough to eat.

2nd visit in one week!! Just love the Spinach Flatbread. Tried the homemade Meatballs and Fried Saganaki which was delicious. Espresso Martini while waiting for my to go dinner. The Owners Philip and Sophia are very gracious and make you feel well cared for. So glad we finally have an upscale, casual yet affordable restaurant in Chatham!! They have become a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Spread the word. ????????

I would leave zero stars if I could. The hostess told us it would be 20-30 mins and my boyfriend and I sat at the bar. Then she came up to us 45 mins later and told us it would be another 30-40 mins. We both pointed out that it was already x number of minutes. She told us to ?get our drinks get our sh*t and get out.? It was entirely inappropriate and she was incredibly rude, calling me ?unclassy? and a ?****? for leaving her restaurant. This place is incredibly mismanaged and before this even happened, they were incredibly disorganized and understaffed. The owner herself was the one who cursed us out. Do NOT COME HERE.

What happened. Miss your regular bartender. Menu is confusing. Are you pizza, sandwiches or something else? Ordered a Greek pasta dish at the bar and it was cold. Take out pizza has been disappointing and steak and cheese sub was a soggy mess. Hope you get your act together.
