Isabelle the boss is a colorful character, a warrior as Chatel's colleagues say. A person in the heart who gives himself to his restaurant with an authentic search for contact and exchange with his clients. We ate at 6 a Swiss fondue with 12 potatoes and mushrooms. An exceptional dish concocted with love by Isabelle. And homemade desserts with lemon pies or macarons. It's a very beautiful culinary and human experience that we have just lived.
