Robbie's Smokehouse & Burger Bar

Went here to eat with family during a visit to Quebec. Absolutely delicious food. I ordered the Cheesesteak Sandwich and baked potato but they didn 't have the sandwich bread at the moment, so they offered to still make it but place it on a hamburger bun. The Hamburger was absolutely stacked with delicious steak strips covered in very good cheese sauce and the potato was very tasty. I 'm not a big fan of pickles but the coleslaw still tasted very good regardless, it 's simply a personal thing. Highly recommend!

The burgers here are hard to beat. I’ve tried most of them and I’ve never been disappointed. The fries are always fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. Francis the server was particularly lovely and helpful. He was excellent, the best server we’ve had anywhere recently.

Been waiting 30 minutes so far and no food, salty water, and flies were crawling on my arms. The music is WAY too loud and I’m seriously considering just walking out.The food was okay.

We were coming out from the casino and decided to drop by this place for some drinks and then we were tempted by their desserts. They were great and the molten chocolate cake was to die for. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and seems to have some pretty creative dishes. Definitely worth the try.

I don 't usually post anything about restaurants online if i had a bad experience, but this afternoon i couldn 't hold myself back, first of all food was number 1, fantastic, but the service was HORRIBLE, our waitress had no idea what the word ' 'table side manners ' ' meant, it was an awful experience to say the least, we had to keep asking her for everything, she kept forgetting and eventually we gave up, once the food came we never saw her again, she was talking to her colleague like they were in barn, it was so uncomfortable, to be honest we weren 't even sure she was our waitress cause she had no uniform, the nail on the coffin was the payment, we always leave a great gratuity when we dine out, but today was different so we left 5%, she had the audacity to tell us it was not enough, that we should of left more, my husband was furious at her comment, we told her if she would of given us the proper service we would of left more, she rolled her eyes and walked away. If you ever decide to eat at Robbie 's the food is amazing but make sure the waitress doesn 't have a piercing on her nose because you will regret the service and the culinary experience. Cheers
