Pizza Hut - Chatan

First time ever not tipping because the driver Hisashi Kaneku was very rude about the whole exchange. Ofcourse the food is great, and I'm sure the staff inside are awesome too. Just some sort of disconnect when it comes to the drivers.

Limited indoor seating shared with adjacent restaurants. May have grab and go options. Order online to avoid long lines.

Nothing wrong with this location. Sometimes they get a bit overwhelmed but seems to only be on wing nights during the peak dinner hours. Otherwise I have not seen them have trouble keeping up with demand. The wings are actually some of the better prepared wings on the base. If you haven’t tried the “lemon pepper” flavor you are missing out.

I showed up to be told they forgot to make my pizza. As I waited, I witnessed them also forget/mess up the next 5 customers takeout orders. Not one person was offered any sort of compensation or apology. The place is totally unorganized. Save your time and money and get slightly better pizza at the Banyan Tree on base.

Fast and tasty food. The staff is kind and they don’t mind giving extra forks and napkins.
