I asked for help and the staff was very kind to support me. I could understand how everything works and once we have our tablet, the party started. My girlfriend and I packed a total of 4 pastries and when it came to pay, we had only spent $6 cash!!! So the question arises why 4 stars and not 5.... Personally I felt that the place could use something DC. Stuff was everywhere and it was a little cramped. I'm not going to hold this against them because it was early in the morning and the other reason was that none of the pastry labels had identified. They had signs everywhere and it was a little confusing. It would have been nice to have some characters in English. With all that is said, I recommend to give this place a shot and try some of the delicious fresh baked goods. Bring $10 and take some fun and unique things.
Great food! Cheap, but delicious. Only cash, no checks or credits. The staff speaks English. No seating and a little small, but overall a great place to get good pastries. These are the four I have.
We love their pastries! Anything filled with their custard is especially delicious. Recently tried an anise pastry and we loved it. Fyi cash only and worth every penny
Authentic, delicious pastries that are handmade in a small family business.
Hands down the best bakery I have for years. All baked goods are handmade and fresh, and larger portions at a lower price than several chain bakeries. I would describe as a Hole-in-the-Wall, Mom and Pop Bakery. I can understand that a bar is just a shutdown of some people, so I think it's worth mentioning at least.
