I asked how the personal knew it was my order when there was no name. they assured me that it was my order, but when I opened it, it was clearly not. it took 30 minutes to make my order. when I got my order, the quality of the food was bad. I remember how well chipotle was when it opened years ago. lose my appetit on my order and see what a chaos is made when they fill this with food on the counters
Twice in the last few weeks, they took the order and when we got there the store was closed. Chipotle needs to understand that people are placing order for their dinner and not just a grocery order. If they knew the store is going to be closed earlier than planned close time, it’s good if they don’t take the order. And their refundication process is not simple either, it takes our effort to reach out through email and a minimum of 5 days for refund. If we don’t reach out, not sure if we will get refund for a store closed scenario automatically.
The dirtiest Chipotle. Food quality was awful and disgusting. Rice was over cooked and smelled fouled. Charged for non-veg bowl but no meat in the order. Fajita veggie was tasteless. Tomato and onions pieces were swimming in watery base. Overall disgusting! Never going back and advise others to do the same and save your money.
I’ve had incorrect orders here before, no biggie but tonight we had a long day and were so looking forward to dinner.. we put the order in online and pull up to get our food and the four guys working put a handwritten sign on the door 1.5 hours before closing time saying it’s closed??? and I have to call to get a refund?? The guys were just hanging out in the store behind the counter. Did they just decide they were done for the night or…? Yikes ?
I have given this place so many chances but I am done. Service is beyond horrid, food orders are messed up and it is always dirty inside. As a business owner myself I can see the lack of management ownership. My assumption is the owner or manager are never around to lead the teenagers working there. The staff could careless when you are standing in line even if you are the only one there, ignore you until you ask for help. Teenagers are going to be teenagers but it is the managements job to get them to work and there is none present. Always napkins and food left on tables...etc. I was there last night and told I had to order online as it was closed for instore service, meanwhile I am watching in the window and the workers are throwing food at each other behind the counter laughing while there are people waiting in the parking lot, presumably waiting on orders. If I could rate this at a zero stars I would. There is a Qdoba down the street which is far better, and even better there is a Taco Truck in downtown Chaska that is far better! #neveragain
