Silver Fox Pub - Chase

We wanted to drive a ride from Salmon Arm to get out a bit and try somewhere new for lunch and Silver Fox was our destination. The place looked good enough and was clean, but we hadn't seen the bathrooms yet. I ordered a fish burger and got a hamburger with cheese. I know that esseries are fighting now, so I decided to keep the wrong order and told the server to just leave it. A few minutes later my wife arrived and she had ordered a Greek chicken slaughter. She took a bite and asked the server is that a Greek pack because it doesn't taste like one? The server said it should be and run away. Next time the server came back, I said that 's not a Greek pack, it has Cheddar cheese in it. Then she asked the kitchen to make a new one and offered us 10% of our two screwed meals. You should have been composed! After dinner I went to the men's room and was shocked at him. I'll leave it. We'll never be back.

Service is great. Food is delicious various specialties daily. Breakfast at weekends Kid friendly til 8 pm. Wednesday Specials Wing and Yarn $7 for 10 drinks specialties. Only a very beautiful place with a great atmosphere

Stopping by for lunch is always and great meal. The burger and fries are among the best around this area.

Friday night dinner. I had the Yorkshire and sliced beef special. The wife had an appy and was good. Very much a locals hangout with the greeting from the guys at the bar. Blue Jays on TV so a topic to chat. All good. My...wife and I had a nice dinner. Would go again.

There is reportedly a highly skilled chef with a red seal certification at this restaurant. However, it seems that the chef made a mistake by mixing up chicken and fish. We ordered halibut bites but received chicken strips instead. The server then got into an argument with us insisting that they were fish. The owner was absent, and the substitute bartender made several mistakes such as using a glass to scoop ice and serving drinks with melted ice in them. The floor was dirty and even had a shopping cart in the bar area. This is unacceptable and embarrassing. It is clear that the restaurant is not being properly managed. It is recommended that the owner sells the restaurant as they have driven it into the ground with no regard for quality or cleanliness. It is surprising that the health department has not shut down this unsanitary establishment.
