Good quality and portioning, hot eating. faster service, even if it is busy. the owners are really friendly. one of the best places to get fish and chips in loughborough.

This is a great fish and chip shop with a hidden gem of a seating area in the back. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. During my lunch break, I enjoyed a small cod, chips, mushy peas, a buttered roll, and a delicious drink. Everything was tasty, although the only slight downside was that the fish was just okay, not as amazing as what I typically get living closer to the coast. Overall, I would definitely dine here again if in the area and craving some good old fish and chips.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is extremely friendly and even though I don't visit often, they always remember me and my usual order. In my opinion, the chips are the best in Loughborough, and my kids always rave about how delicious the fish is. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Still the BEST fish and chips in town. I've lived in Loughborough for 15 years and none can match the Trawlers for quality and taste. The fish batter is light and crisp, the chips are always fresh and perfectly cooked, and the mushy peas are just the right consistency. The welcome from Maria and Barry is always very warm too amazingly they seem to know the name of every customer!

Really friendly staff and good eating. I love the halloumi as a vegetarian option instead of fish. even if the service is fast. I would recommend this fish and chip shop to everyone.
