Sainsburys Cafe - Charnwood

The workers were very rude to begin with then i ordered the vegetable breakfast of which when served had bacon on it!! nearly vomited at the sight of it. my family also were served the wrong drinks got cappuccinos instead of a black coffee.

When The Amber Rooms were not opening until on New Year's Day and we had arranged for our group of friends to meet up for breakfast there at befire depating to travel home Sainsbury's being open was an absolute Godsend. We were greeted...by a charming and friendly member of staff, the food was really goid and served promptly. We will consider coming here in future.

We went into the cafe today as we’d been shopping with the kids and family. There was only one lad working at the till, Whilst he was friendly polite he was slow and there was more people waiting to order as we were getting...our drinks. To be honest we actually felt sorry for the poor lad who seemed to be struggling. People started to look fed up because they were waiting. The cafe it’s self looks ok, reasonably clean. I understand it’s a Sunday but really there should of been members of staff on the till and drinks to be more efficient.

Saturday lunch time, one member of staff on duty who only worked at a slow pace and seemed to have little knowledge or interest in what they were doing. Second in the queue and after waiting around minutes to get served we left.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was warmly welcomed by a friendly waitress named Erin. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my visit. The food was delicious and well worth the price, and the tea was also excellent! I would highly recommend this place.
