Shocking service and disgusting attitude from staff! Not impressed at all this evening! Having being a customer for over 4 years we have been black listed and refused to order. This is because they took over 3 hours to deliver on New Years Eve and we turned away the food having assumed they weren't delivering after trying to call them 150 times! Called this evening to order dispite this happening as I understand new year's could of been busy, to order and pay over the phone, to then be called back 5 minutes later to say they are refusing to take our order and nobody was willing to speak to me not even the manager because they were too angry to speak to me! What have they got to be angry about surely they can't think that service is acceptable, absolutely appalling service won't be going back now sadly and I wouldn't recommend to any one based on the recent service on more than one occasion!

As NHS keyworkers, we thought we would treat ourselves for new year. Preordered at 5pm for 8.15pm delivery after work through Just Eat. Called the restaurant at 6pm to confirm with email confirmation at 6.45pm. 9pm no food. Unable to call the restaurant as constantly engaged so went back through just eat for an update. Delivery time amended to 9.30pm. I started walking down to the restaurant at 9.50pm as phones still constantly engaged (25 mins walk each way). Got all the way there, promised it was out for delivery. Delivered a full 2 hours late. When I finally arrived home to eat it, the pilau rice was plain boiled and the free side was missing. Ive asked for a refund through just eat but heard nothing. So incredibly angry and upset. I wish we hadn't bothered. We should have had beans on toast.

We ordered food on a busy night and waited for over an hour for them to deliver, In the end, we checked the status which said they delivered but they did not. So very bad and we will not be using them again.

At last...a local decent curry house that tastes authentic! Good value, plenty of meat in curries and generous portions. On time and polite delivery driver. I really hope this quality is maintained as further orders are planned!

Original order was delayed twice and on collection was told another 20 minutes. Horrible attitude and would not admit they were at fault, so they chose to cancel our order!!! Rearranged at another takeaway in Quorn which was amazing. Will never visit here again or recommend.
