Grill - Charnwood

Though not inexpensive, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The service is top-notch and they grill the meat on hot volcanic stones! My only criticism is that everything is cooked right at the table, causing the smoke to linger and cling to our clothes. I think the restaurant could benefit from better ventilation to help with this issue.

I ordered this food for delivery at 1pm and received a pizza that was a bit thin on toppings, but was very tasty. The delivery was slow, but the pizza arrived hot.

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional - the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend dining here, 10/10.

I will not go into a long complaint. An hour after placing my order, I called to check on the status. The person on the phone claimed that the driver had tried calling me, but I never received a call. He then told me to come pick up my order, even though I had requested delivery. I explained that was not an option, and he said he would speak to the driver. Fifteen minutes later, I called again and he yelled, "Are you coming to pick it up!?" before continuing to shout at me. When I asked why he was yelling, I told him I had not received any call from the driver. He yelled again and then hung up. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. I am not one to expect exceptional service from a kebab shop, but I have never been treated so poorly before. These guys are a complete joke.

I had the worst chicken donner kebab ever at this restaurant. It was chunky, flavorless, and cold. After being hungry for 10 hours, I just wanted something to eat, so I ordered from this place with my friend. As an Asian person, I know what good food tastes like and I ended up throwing it in the bin. The guy's attitude was not pleasant at all. I would not recommend going here as I have been told there are better places to eat.
