Harvey's - Charlottetown

Wonderful Drive thru experience. Patient staff, who are friendly, and present an accurate order. The only downside is that there were no napkins in the bag. I'm not sure if they forgot or if you have to ask for them. No biggie, just used kleenex.

Wanted a hamburger and we were pleasantly surprised to find a Harvey's. The service was very slow but the food came hot and it was good so it all worked out in the end. They have a few small tables in the restaurant so you can eat in instead of in the car. If you change your mind it is attached to a Swiss Chalet.

I attended Harvey's several weeks ago and ordered a Vegi Burger. After looking at the lettuce its was brown and wilted, tomatoes were soft and the onions were browning it appeared that they brought out bins of vegetables that were cut the day prior and not refrigerated. I brought it to the managers attention who was prepping the food. She said she had to serve it as she was supposed to get rid of it before getting new bins. I told her I did not want the brown wilted lettuce, she looked offended, and grabbed one leaf from the fresh bin. I texted to the complain number they provide and have never got a response. I can assume from the above Harveys in Charlottetown do not care about customer service and food quality

I love all harveys because it is the only restaurant I ever ate a Hamburger...I can see it being made and can see what is put on it
