Sultan Kebab - Charlottesville

We got the vegan platters and some Turkish wine on our first visit, and it was a wonderful experience! The first plates coming out vegetarian instead, but this was quickly and cheerfully corrected. The music was lovely, the mural is beautiful, and people watching through the large windows is always a good time! We're lucky we don't live too close because we'd eat there all the time.

Visited the restaurant today and had the vegetarian option... Delicious sampler of different options in the menu. Thank you also for the explanation about the souvenier I bought (Dervis dance, Mevlana). Kind service and excellent food! Totally recommended!

Great vegan and vegetarian options in a relaxed elegant setting with friendly service

Delicious food, great service, awesome Turkish beer, friendly staff.....all smiles, and one of the best desserts I have ever had.

Nice place. Friendly staff. I had the lamb shish plate, and the lamb was seasoned perfect, and amazingly tender and juicy. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
