I was told this was his 2nd day on the floor and I can appreciate that but there were probably 4 tables in the entire restaurant that were seated. My mom is elderly and disabled and it's really frustrating when you try to take her out and this is what happens because she rarely ever gets out. I could be sympathetic if they were busy. If you could even communicate to me that there was an issue in the kitchen.... Absolutely nothing. Very frustrating. Everyone gets the same scripted scripted response so it's obvious you don't really care about what the customer has experienced or how they genuinely feel. Sad. !!!
My boyfriend and I were seated for 15 mins. without any server coming to our table to greet us or take our order. They greeted others at their tables coming in after us including; a larger table directly across from us. We decided to leave without making a fuss and as we were existing, my boyfriend looked back at the manager and said No one would help us and she replied I see . What I didn 't see is any customer service and a manager who allowed customers to walk out the door without attempting to fix the problem! 0 stars is what they deserve!!!
Service was very poor. Food was poorly cooked. When my boyfriend sent his steak back for being well done when he ordered medium it took forever to get the new steak, I was done eating before he got it, it was a different cut of meat and the manager that dropped it off had an attitude. Biggest waste of $100 and a date night
Went here last night for birthday dinner. Was never seated after an hour wait left. I was on way and put us on waiting list. Got there checked in was told 20 minutes even though app had said 15 minutes. Okay that is fine we will wait 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into an hour. Ask hostess how much longer it would be she stayed 10 minutes. 10 minutes came and passed still waiting. Got up and left. Lots of tables that were empty I guess staff not able to work it. Will not visit again!
My husband and I just visited Red Lobster, and we were pleasantly surprised! It's been a few years since our last visit, and we were excited to try it again. It was excellent! The food was hot and fresh—lobster, shrimp, and scallops—and the service was outstanding. Our server, Cody, was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly deserves a five-star rating! We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
