Kfc - Charlottesville

*This evaluation is exclusively for plant-based nuggets* It's basically just fried tofu. I thought it would be a vegan chick option or similar to Hip City Veg, where they taste the plant based chicks like real chicken in taste and texture. Instead, it tastes like Tofu that you would get from the super market, deep fried in KFC's chicken batter. It's not terrible, but don't expect it to blow you away. The texture of the tofu is sponge and a little damp, but luckily the exterior is hot and crispy, so make sure to eat it once you get it!

Ordered a 2 piece dinner and got 1 1/2 (leg thigh) when complained was told out of chicken offended side. Cashier was nice but another worker had attitude

Placed a quick pickup order, parked in the designated parking spot, No one came to bring it to me. I had to go to the drive thru to get it, the food I got was cold and soggy yet one of the pieces was burned.

We placed an order using the app. When we got there we realized that it was closed in the dining area and that was no way to go in to pick up the order. The only way to get your order was through the drive-thru window. No information was provided in the app about this. The food quality was also very disappointing. We ordered four sandwiches and the chicken was soggy and the buns were hard. I have given up on KFC. The chicken recipe is original but the service and quality is a disaster.

Got served partially cooked chicken, was eating a chicken breast and noticed it wasn't all they way cooked. Place went down hill since the remodel. I think the kitchen staff needs to be trained a little better on how to cook a chicken breast
