Jordnaer - Charlottenlund

It is hard to find any mistakes or mistakes with this restaurant, everything was perfection, not just eating. each curs was an exciting new taste feeling, each portion (the act that brings posts) a small choreography, the chefs were incredibly knowledgeable and open to answer questions, and the personal was impeccable when we arrived and left. the chef also fell by to discuss some of the finer decisions in ingredients, and we would not have asked for me. if I had to find something, it was that the chefs with their Kovid masks had a hard time to communicate to the whole party of six, but a menu was created for everyone (so it is not really a critique, but it was just something I could think of.) I don't drink, but those who couldn't stop practicing the weine as a perfect pairing.

Absolutely awesome. Inspiring. Modern with some of the best products in the world prepared in a Nordic- Japanese style. 2* Certainly well deserved.

Went for dinner with my wife and we were both very happy with the amazing food we had. This is a restaurant who just recently has been awarded their first Michelin Star but everything you will be served is just great so you would think they have been doing their magic for years. We will certainly come back for more but expect to wait for another year or two as we expect them to receive their second star shortly.
