Come on Wendy's, this is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks that I have spent more than 20 minutes in your drive thru (40 minutes tonight), I like your food but it looks like I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere. Stop abusing your employees by using skeleton crews, and disrespecting your customers.
Drive thru times are unacceptable. No exaggeration, it took over 50 minutes to get through the drive thru with 3 cars in front of us when we arrived. Not to mention my food was wrong but the inside was closed and I couldn't wait another hour to go back through the drive thru.Food: 1/5
Short on workers... But they say they hiring...how? every since summer(June) slow , line back up, u wait for 10-15mins in drive thru... N u order food n u pull off n half way going up the road u open your bag... N look here... They gave u the wrong food... It happens 2x ... They won't let u come in.... Sad... They use to be good n quick n fast n food hot .. not nomore.. wrong burger, fries mid warm... Smh
No. No. and NO.READ the reviews! Why? How? Who is 'managing ' this location and what is being done?Look at how these Chili 's were given to us AFTER we paid full price for them AND after waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes.We will not return.
