The Lodge: A Sportsman's Grill

The food at this restaurant is great, but the prices for beer are too high. The service can be inconsistent, with some hits and misses overall. It seems like they have a lot of loyal customers and the restaurant is busy, so the focus on service may not be as high. However, despite this, I still plan on returning. I revisited on 4/27/2022 and noticed an improvement compared to my last visit, so I am adding an extra star to my review.

Did I have the best hamburger? Yes, I did. I went for lunch at 2:00, so there weren't many people and I heard it gets crowded.

Last night, I was the only black woman at the bar. The two bartenders and waitress ignored me and didn't acknowledge my presence. While I understand they were busy correcting a table bill, they could have at least let me know they would be with me shortly. I waited for assistance but none came. As I was leaving, I noticed that some white customers were quickly served at the bar. I felt like my money should be valued just as much as anyone else's.

My first time eating there and everything was good customer service was also good. I would go back.

I went last night and I was the only African American female at the bar. The two bartenders and waitress walked right passed me and didn't acknowledge me. I understand they were trying to correct a table bill, but they could have stopped and let me know that they will be right with me. I sat and waited still no assistance. I left and before I got to my vehicle it was some white people that sat at the bar and got serviced real quick. My money is just as good as everyone else . i
