The Flying Biscuit Cafe Park Road

The food here is fantastic, and the atmosphere is adorable. The latte was impressive in both taste and size, and the shrimp scramble was exceptional. I suggest adding honey to the biscuit—it's delicious! This restaurant is definitely worth the wait, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I frequently travel to Charlotte for work, and this restaurant is on my must-visit list every time. The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. There's usually a good crowd, but the service is always quick.

I recently visited Charlotte and dined at this restaurant three times. The atmosphere is very eclectic, reminiscent of Asheville. We really enjoyed the charming older gentleman from South America, who was at the door taking names—he wore a cute hat and had a fantastic charisma. I’m not sure if he was the owner or the manager, but he was quick to make everyone comfortable with heaters and incredibly hospitable, offering coffee to everyone. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious!

I thought that the Cinnamon Apple pancakes in November were the best pancakes ever until I tried the Cranberry Walnut pancakes this month. Wow! These jewels would be a great regular addition to our full menu....they'd do very nicely on a list with the chocolate chip pancakes and the blueberried ones!

I’ve travelled many, many places. I had breakfast this morning. It was the best breakfast I’ve ever had!
