Courteous staff, well maintained escaping and prompt service! shoutout to lawrence and jb to make my last visit one of the best. they were professional, helpful and friendly. this load has fought with the bad administration in the last two years, but these young are the top notch! definitiw will come back here to lunch regularly as I work near!

Terrible! he waited 18 minutes in the car thru with only two cars in front of me. I was locked up, or obviously I would have left. no drinking straw, order was wrong (no excuse) tacos broken /grease everywhere. Cinnamon-Drill were tiny pieces of broken spirals. I'm going out of the way to another place. that's been bad for years.

The worst tacoglocke, I swear! we are now here twice in 3 months and both times we waited in the car for at least 20 minutes. I ordered both paintings before the time, and today I was the only one in the line when I arrived, so why a 20 minute wait? the workers are also quite rude! no gruß, no thanks, and stood on the window with their back to me. then, when my order was wrong, they were even more rude! so no, we will not be back to this place!

The taco bell is so bad. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes, either inside my order or sitting in a car thru with only 4 cars in front of me. the situation is underoccupied, and it never makes sense to eat. it is such a stellar location (and I love tb so much), but new management and with enough employees would make the whole difference here.

Avoid this one! These days I don't get much fast food but placed an order out of desperation as nothing much was open and was famished after work. Not the reg store I used to visit, while this location is closer I remembered they filled their tacos less. Despite 3 years time it's worse than I remember. On this order the basic tacos were the best prepared part of the meal. The item with steak had maybe a spoon of steak, in about 10 bites 2 had steak. I subbed a topping for guacamole because my partner can't have cheese. It was thrown out. The rest of the meal was average.. ya know for Taco bell. Ordered takeout and no receipt was in bag. Is it a coincidence why the reviews so hot? Certainly won't return to this location. Albemarle Indian Trail holdin it down but this past visit at Arbo nailed the coffin.
