This is likely one of the best fast food restaurants when it comes to variety, quality, and convenience! The roller skaters are always friendly and polite. I wish we had more of these in New Jersey!
An employee told me that she would not take my order because she was only fulfilling DoorDash orders. She claimed that there were only two employees working at the time. I'm not even sure if a chain restaurant is legally allowed to operate with such a small staff. I witnessed at least ten cars drive away after waiting an absurd amount of time because they were not being served. To make matters worse, there were no signs indicating that customers would be waiting so long. I have no interest in supporting a business that treats its customers this way. It’s clear they do not prioritize their patrons.
I placed my order through the app and couldn't have anticipated the sheer delight of the dill pickle burger and vanilla ice cream coffee. It was such a fantastic late-night dinner, and at $11, it was truly worth every penny! I only wish I could have more! The service was extremely quick when I arrived, and the food was served at the perfect temperature and was absolutely delicious.
He didn't offer any solutions or comfort; his tone was flat and dismissive, and he had the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. While I understand that people can have tough days, that doesn’t excuse treating paying customers so poorly. I asked him to note on the receipt that we didn’t receive our order to make the refund process easier, but he flat-out refused, saying, “No, I don’t write on receipts.” I asked for his name, but he didn't provide it. My wife then tried to get his attention because he still held the receipt, but he simply said he was done with us and couldn’t help further. We actually had to ask another employee to go inside to take the receipt for us. I require a call from corporate and an immediate response from this location. The manager owes my family and me an apology. I don’t want anything for free; I just want an acknowledgment and a refund. We will not return to this place. The man refused to give me his name, and I’m not sure if “Tony” was the name of the employee who would have brought our order, if it had existed, or if he was the manager.
