I called to my order, egusi (oxtail) with fufu. the type said we don't have ochs dicks. I said well, I'll have the goat. He: we have not. I'm okay, what do you got? the bark was dry, hard and tasteless. the meat cake was good, but it is not worth driving 25 minutes. I'm totally disappointed at eating.
Stewedes bark and beaten yam was great. other people on the party were also satisfied with their orders of peanut chicken. all containers were either plastic or styrofoam.
$43 for 1 meal and 2 drinks. Cartoffel greens were mostly oil. rice is good as usual and the whole kink and the neck of my snappers was gone. had no tomato sauce or swash on the snapper. the young girl has forgotten my curtains? wayyyyyy to talk out of no reason. I will never go back and I will not recommend.
Eating is traditional Nigerian. the personal is very friendly every time I visit. they can be delivered, sitting or taking (which is my usual since I work close to) the set-up is buffet serving and what they see is what they get. yummy! the place is located in a small strip mall and could use a bit of a face lift, but eating is never disappointing. Go early when they want puff puff or moi moi, it sells quickly. once in the time they can get homemade traditional single and red drinks. they almost never have to wait for the parking space during lunch. the kitchen is worth the little inconvenience. See you soon.
First time trying African food but was disappointed because they served us old meat. I get it but if you want to leave a positive experience for your customers, serve your meals fresh. I'm Jamaican so I can tell when something was cooked 8 hours prior or a day ago.If you don't want to waste food, discount anything you sell that's been cooked for 8 hours, otherwise serve the food fresh.
