No sriracha but they did have another chili sauce; I guess this national sriracha shortage is getting serious. Definitely recommend if you are in the area.Food: 5/5
My husband and I have been eating at Saigon Palace for several years always have been very happy until getting take out Pho Gai. When unpacked very thing I noticed very little chicken meat. In fact after weighing it there was only 2oz of very small pieces. I love Pho and there is a lot of competition in Charlotte that give a lot more meat. Next time I will have to rethink my options.
Legendary Pho in Charlotte NC... eat here soon! The food is giant, so you'll have lunch for tomorrow, too.
Made a stop in Charlotte and got some Vietnamese food. Great service and food was wonderful. We ordered the pork rice plate, pho soup, and stirfried crispy noodles. The portions were huge, so make sure you come here with an appetite.
Big portions, but meat was tough in my vermicelli dish. The pork chop was super tough in the rice dish. OMG, they don't have Rooster brand Sriracha anymore. They had a cheap, not spicy, sweet sauce. My nephew couldn't even eat his Pho Dac Biet cause there was no Sriracha. My niece said the inky thing good about her vermicelli dish was the meatballs, I agree with that, tender, juicy, and very flavorful. The positive thing is, you'll never be thirsty, they were on point with refilling your drink after taking a sip. They drowned the chicken wings with like a sweet sour sauce, not a fan.
