Ru San's Japanese Sushi - Charlotte

I absolutely love Ru San's! I visit here at least once a week. They have a wonderful variety of vegan sushi options and are always willing to accommodate any requests. I really appreciate this restaurant.

Enjoy the veggie sushi, veggie suppen and veggie stir fry. veggie fried rice (ask for no eggs) is delicious. edamame and tofu starters also available.

They gave us a small salad before our meal, without asking us first, that was covered with crumb meat. we were a bit insulted especially since we had just ordered all vegan sushi. No matter, they were just nice and there are great sushi choices for vegans and most of the rolls are very cheap! my man and I have 8 roll sushi, among them 2 special rolls, for under $30! the place is really loud.

Ru San's is a fantastic and spacious sushi restaurant. Having visited the original location in Atlanta, I can confidently say that the Charlotte branch is even better. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian sushi at very affordable prices. While they do have a lunch buffet, it is not their standout feature. In my opinion, Ru San's is the best vegetarian sushi spot in Charlotte as they offer a wide range of options.

In my opinion, Rusan's has the best sushi in town. They have the largest selection, including sushi made with various vegetables, fried vegetables, and even fruits like bananas. It's surprising how many delicious types of sushi they offer without any fish.
