They don't have tonkotsu ramen, but the clear broth and tasty seasoning in the Shio ramen made up for it. The egg was perfectly cooked, and the slightly thinner noodles paired well with the lighter broth. The ramen was topped with bamboo, charshu pork, green onions, and nori. The charshu pork had a fantastic char, smoky flavor, and vibrant color. The pork gyoza was soft with a nice sear, and the meat inside was tender, juicy, and tasty. My wife had the spicy miso ramen, which was also delicious with great noodles, corn, nori, and a perfectly cooked egg. However, we found it a bit too salty, possibly due to not mixing the miso well enough.
The food is extremely salty, ingredients are frequently missing from takeout orders, and the prices are unreasonably high.
I stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for a place to eat, and I am so glad I did. I was hesitant about trying ramen, but I decided to give it a shot. I appreciated that the broth was served separately so I could customize my meal. Everything was absolutely delicious!
This restaurant is phenomenal. If you're in the area, you absolutely must try the food here. It's clear that the chefs put their heart and soul into every dish. I left feeling completely satisfied and happy, and I can't wait to come back for more.
I highly recommend trying the spicy ramen with pork and soy baskets at this restaurant. The ramen broth was incredibly delicious, and I couldn't resist finishing every last drop. The wings were also fresh and delicious. I'm looking forward to returning to sample more items from the menu.
