Rios Brazilian Steakhouse - Charlotte

I had the pleasure of having the same server that assisted me last time. She was very pleasant, even with the restaurant being PACKED WITH OTHER RUDE PATRONS SNAPPING, she was patient and kind despite those other people. She gave great recommendations for drinks each time I visited. I can't remember the drink I had last night but it was filled with limes and was a Brazilian drink. The meat is very good, I tend to add a little more salt, but it is always tender and delicious. The staff in general are polite and very attentive. Love this place as a solo trip or a group dinner.

Food was okay. Felt it was much too expensive for what it was. This was my first time at Brazilian bbq. Like I said the food wasn't bad, but it cost me $80 bucks just for me..I had one beer. Quality was not that of an 80 dollar

We have reserved a table. We were told to wait for 15 minutes. All seas outside were taken by other people waiting. We walker outside, around in a parking lot, for 20 minutes!! No table...we left, miserable ?

Rios Brazilian Steakhouse is hands down my all-time favorite restaurant! The cuisine boasts freshness and incredible flavors, with an astonishing array of salads and sides. As a proud Brazilian, I wholeheartedly endorse Rios for its authentic Brazilian fare and outstanding steak. I can't recommend it enough!

We have eaten at Rios many times. Some have been above average, others less than. Last night, Oct.21, was horrid. Our waitress was wonderful, and apologetic for the condition of meats. The meat carvers were asked for medium, but were unsuccessful. My friend and I are senior females and do not eat quantities so quality is important. We only eat beef. The filet was tough, bacon wrapped was disgusting, brisket dry as was the prime. The pineapple, usually amazing had little taste and cold just past the surface. After complaining about meat the manager never came to the table and we were told several complained and there was no more filet prepared and filet had been trashed. That being said not a single bite of meat was what is usually is. So, my meal cosisted of six bites of below average, rare meat, excellent bread, a tomato and cucumber slice, and two slices of pineapple. My friend had a few salad items as well. Definitely not worth the price. We are unsure why the manager was unable to even come to our table. We doubt we will ret anytime soon.Parking: The positive
